This is a point based, permanent resident visa that allows skilled professionals to work and stay permanently in Australia. The applicants must possess the required skills and years of relevant experience in order to apply for this visa.

With this Visa you can:

  • Work and study anywhere in Australia.
  • Obtain Permanent Residency without any sponsorship.
  • Travel to your home country and back to Australia any time.
  • Duration of stay: Stay permanently in Australia.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Apply online from inside or outside Australia.
  • Meet the minimum points of 65 or more to apply for this visa.
  • Meet the Competent English language requirement.
  • Be under the age of 45 at the time of invitation.
  • Complete a suitable Skills Assessment in the nominated occupation.
  • Satisfy the Australia’s health and character requirement.

Skilled Nominated Visa (Subclass 190)

This is a nomination based, permanent resident visa that allows skilled professionals to work and stay permanently in Australia. The applicants must possess the required skills, years of relevant experience and be invited from an Australian state or territory in order to apply for this visa.

With this Visa you can:

  • Work and study in Australia.
  • Enrol in Australia’s public health care scheme and medicare.
  • Travel to and from Australia for 5 years.
  • Sponsor your relatives to come to Australia.
  • Duration of stay: Stay permanently in Australia.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Be invited by an Australian state or territory government to apply for this visa.
  • Satisfy the points test.
  • Meet the Competent English language requirement.
  • Be under the age of 45 at the time of invitation.
  • Complete a suitable Skills Assessment in the nominated occupation.
  • Satisfy the Australia’s health and character requirement.

Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) Visa (Subclass 491)

This Skilled Work Regional (Provisional) Visa (Subclass 491) is a visa for skilled people nominated by a state or territory government agency, or an eligible relative must sponsor to live and work in regional Australia. The applicants must possess the required skills, years of relevant experience to apply for this visa.

With this Visa you can:

  • Live, work and study in a designated regional area of Australia.
  • Travel to and from Australia as many times as you want, while the visa is valid.
  • Apply for permanent residence after 3 years from the time your visa is granted.
  • Duration of stay: Stay in Australia for 5 years.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Be nominated to apply by a state or territory government agency, or an eligible relative must sponsor you.
  • Satisfy the points test.
  • Occupation must be in the demand list of the nominating state.
  • Meet the Competent English language requirement.
  • Be under the age of 45 at the time of invitation.

Permanent Residence (Skilled Regional) Visa (Subclass 191)

This Permanent Residence (Skilled Regional) Visa (Subclass 191) is a visa that allows people who have lived and worked in designated regional areas of Australia on an eligible visa, live and work in Australia permanently. Applicants must have complied with the conditions of their eligible visa. The applicants must possess the required skills, years of relevant experience to apply for this visa.

With this Visa you can:

  • Live, work and study anywhere in Australia.
  • Travel to and from Australia as many times as you want, while the visa is valid.
  • Duration of stay: Stay in Australia permanently.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • You must hold an eligible (491 or 494) visa for at least 3 years, and complied with the conditions of that visa​.
  • You must have had a taxable income at or above a specific income threshold for at least 3 years while holding your eligible (491 or 494) visa.
  • Satisfy the Australia’s health and character requirement.
